Supporting documents

There are some documents we will require to support your application, we will send you a file-invite within 24 hours outlining the documents we would require to support your application.

Some of the documents we will require as as follows,

• A copy of your identification either the front and back of a drivers licence or copy of passport
• 3 Months Bank Statements of your salary/income and/or business account(s)
• 3 Months Bank Statement(s) of your savings account
• 3 Months Statements(s) of all credit cards, personal loans secured and unsecured debt
• 3 Consecutive Payslips
• A copy of your emailed Kiwisaver first home withdrawal balance - simply phone your provider and they will send it through
• First Home Start Withdrawal Confirmation once you receive it

Please note also: for lower deposit, less than 20%

• We also require a copy of you IRD last 12 months income summary from www.ird.co.nz (click on account information then salary & wages then select earnings last 12 months tab)
• A signed letter on letter head from your employer stating your hourly rate and minimum hours
• Proof of NZ Residency or Citizenship this can be a NZ Passport or NZ Birth Certificate or NZ Permanent Residency document - the residency must show indefinite, with no expiry date

For Non NZ Residents We will require a copy of your visa

Mortgage Refinance We will require 6 months history of all current of your current mortgages – please ensure that they include a running balance.

Debt Consolidation We will require 3 months history of all debts – please ensure that they include a running balance. NOTE: A full lending application checklist can be found under the resources tab.
